1. General

By placing an order on Milana (operated by IIJB LLC), you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. Milana operates as an online retail store. Products are sourced from third-party suppliers and shipped directly from our partners' warehouses to your delivery address. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this fulfillment model.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

3. Shipping

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days from the date of dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched, it is handled exclusively by the carrier. Milana cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the shipping carrier after the parcel has been handed over. Any claims related to transit must be directed to the carrier directly.

4. Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. We do not offer refunds for orders that are in transit — refund eligibility begins only once the parcel has been delivered to you.

5. Limitation of liability

Milana's liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

6. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
